Q: I am not a UK-based business, can I still join?

A: Not currently! However we will keep you posted should there be any changes in the future.

Q: How do I open my store on MiniXplorers.com?

A: Simply go to our “Apply for a Store” section fill out the form and we will contact you within 7 working days.

Q: Do I need professional Photos of my products to sell on MiniXplorers.com?

A: No, however we do ask that your product photos are well lit, clear and well put together to better attract the customers. We want you to WOW the customers with your products!

Q: Do I have to pay a fee to open a store on MiniXplorers.com?

A: No our Mini store is free to open and only a 10% commission is taken off each item sold. (For more details on our Store options please Click here) This link should take the customer to the WHY JOIN US PAGE

Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can list to sell?

A: No, you can list as many items as you wish

Q: How do I accept and collect Payment on MiniXplorers.com?

A: Customer will check out using PayPal, so you will need to create a PayPal account and integrate it with your store, don’t worry give us a call if you need help setting this up. Payments will be made to you automatically VIA PayPal minus your 10% commission once your item have sold.
