All our sellers are encouraged to send out orders within 1-2 working days. All sellers have agreed to ship orders within 1-2 working days, although this may not always be possible we are constantly working with our sellers to make sure deliveries are being dealt with. Delivery options for each product is set by the seller and each order is sent to you directly by the Independent Designers and Manufacturers. Sellers have to make sure they deliver when you’re expecting them to.
For most products, you have 28 days to notify the seller if you want to return or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Please check prior to ordering the item, if the seller will accept to exchange or refund this product.

Contact the seller to let them know that you wish to return or exchange a product by outlining this to the seller directly by signing in to your account.
Please make sure the item is securely packaged and send it back to the seller within 14 days of notifying them that you wish for a refund or an exchange (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
